How does membership work?

You choose a plan, we set up a schedule of visits for your home, and you pay monthly. We turn up when things are due, so you don't have to remember or rebook.

What's included in each plan?

Each plan lists exactly what's included on the membership page. Anything outside your plan can be booked as a one-off, with 15% off for members.

Can I pay for the year upfront?

Yes. Choose yearly billing when you join and you get 12 months for the price of 11. Your membership renews each year, and we remind you before it does.

Yes. You can move between plans from your account, or ask us to do it for you. Changes take effect from your next billing period.

You can cancel from your account or by contacting us. Any notice period or minimum term is shown on the plan before you subscribe and set out in the membership terms.

Memberships are paid by card through our secure payment provider. Payment for one-off work is confirmed with your quote.

Is my card information safe?

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Haus Care never sees or stores your full card number.

Scheduled maintenance: Visits are planned for you, so nothing depends on you remembering.
Consistent upkeep: The house looks looked-after all year, not just after a big clean.
Priority booking: Members are booked ahead of new one-off work.
15% off other jobs: Members get 15% off any Haus Care job outside their plan.
Every 4 or 8 weeks: Choose how often your windows are cleaned. Every plan comes in both, and you can switch later.
One monthly payment: Several services, one bill, managed securely online.

Refer a neighbour, you both get a month free

Every member gets a personal link. When a neighbour joins with it, you each get a month of membership free, taken off your next payment.

Pay yearly and refer a neighbour: 2 months free
Yearly members already get 1 month free. A referral adds another, taken off your next renewal.
Members find their link in their account. Credits are added once your neighbour's first 14 days are up.
